Our Muay Thai program brings the authentic spirit of Thailand’s “Art of Eight Limbs” to FI GYM. This class trains the use of punches, kicks, elbows, and knees in a controlled and structured environment. It is exceptional for building stamina, boosting overall athletic performance, and strengthening core stability. Participants also develop discipline, resilience, and effective self-defense skills. Muay Thai is more than a workout—it’s a transformative athletic experience.
